Indian Curry Recipes - Curry A Tasty Fish Of Southern India



Rice is such an important staple in China, that a traditional Chinese greeting is "chi fan le mei you," which means "have you had rice yet?" It's a social equivalent to our "what's new" or "how's it going?".

If you are still not confident about inventing your own curried lamb and rice, break the process down in your mind into two steps. One-step is cooking the rice and the other is making the sauce. The sauce includes the liquid you will use, the chopped vegetables, and any seasonings you wish to add.

Oven roasting is the best cooking method for game hens. The smaller ones might only need twenty minutes but larger ones might require up to an hour.
